I feel so fortunate to have found IND. After a long and frustrating search for a contractor, I met with Dorel from IND. Right away, I knew that he and this company were different - Dorel was so straightforward and honest from day one. He really listened to my goals and remained incredibly reliable, responsive and friendly throughout our weeks-long project. My house now has gorgeous new hardwoods and a beautifully remodeled bathroom. I love it all. I would recommend IND to anyone and will definitely be using them for future projects!

Recently got our kitchen remodeled by IND, couldn't have had a better experience! Avi and his team were fantastic, and the kitchen turned out beautifully! Renovations in the COVID age are never easy, but they made things simple and safe. Also, they really helped us through the creative process, since our vision was a little more modern than a standard kitchen, and our kitchen isn't huge at all. I couldn't recommend them more, and plan on having them remodel my bathroom in 2023.

Eran and his team are simply spectacular. Full stop. I have never worked with a construction company this reliable, responsible and also, reasonably priced. We hired then to do a garage overhaul after a few bad experiences and overly high estimates - not only did they deliver, they came back with creative elements and ideas that brought the price down and gave us the opportunity to do some additional work. It was a no brainer to hire them again and now they're installing cabinets, shelving and even helping with design. They are a full service company and just a pleasure to work with. I wish I knew about IND sooner - it would have saved me a lot of time, energy and money! I can't say enough great things about this company.

I'm so excited to post a rave review about IND Construction. They recently redid all my ceilings -- overseeing the asbestos removal company, sanding the ceilings to a super smooth finish, and priming and painting. I was so happy with the results that I've just contracted with them again for a long list of other renovations and repairs. IND delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. And if you're lucky enough to work with Eran, one of the owners, you'll find someone who is a responsive, detail oriented, kind person who listens closely to everything you have to say. IND was a terrific company to work with. The results exceeded my expectations (see attached photos). The plumbing, tiling, flooring, painting, electrical, work crews that IND has assembled were exceptional. Erez Shifferman, the project manager, was amazing, a pleasure to work with and managed the effort with a positive (we're in this together) team attitude. He kept me informed on the scheduled work detail, provided information on next steps, resolved my issues and concerns, and provided working alternatives when unexpected issues turned up (which they always do). We found Erez and IND through Angi and because of an issue with mold in our bathroom. We are still in the earlier stages of our project but so far every step has been painless and easy! I have had really bad experiences with other construction companies in the past so while this is early on our project the early experience is key. For the mold remediation we barely knew the workmen had been there. They were efficient and cleaned up daily to the point that my daughter did a double take at how clean it was after they left! We feel fortunate to have found Erez and his team! They show up when they say they will and perform exactly what was discussed. They go at the pace the customer is comfortable with and treat their customers like family!

I would like to recognize the fantastic remodeling work IND Construction did at our home this past year. Initially our plan was to remodel three bathrooms. We interviewed several construction companies and settled on IND mainly because of the online reviews, before/after photos of completed projects and most importantly because of the initial presentation made by David and Ben. They were informative, honest, and had a great eye for interior design. We already had plans drawn up by an interior designer but David immediately suggested some useful and aesthetic changes to those plans which we eventually adopted. Their bid was not the cheapest and not the most expensive but it seemed fair. I also liked the fact that they did not subcontract out their work which assured the project would run more smoothly and efficiently. The project progressed as planned. David and Ben were always available and were frequently on-site. Daily communication was conducted by a group WhatsApp chat which was so helpful. As expected several unexpected issues arose over the course of the project which were resolved easily, without animosity, and always in our favor. The day to day workers were very skilled, clean, and very considerate of being as minimal an imposition to us as possible. The scope of the project broadened to include a new HVAC system and ducting, hardwood floors of the upstairs master bedroom, hallway, and stairs, and elegant lighting of the master bedroom, upstairs and downstairs hallways, and living room. All of this was completed on time and with beautiful results that surpassed our expectations. Lastly, it goes without saying that a sizeable project like this will have some small issues that arise after the fact. Gina, the IND customer service coordinator, has been fantastic in helping us to resolve these issues promptly and without stress. All in all we couldn't be any happier with our experience with IND Construction and the outcome of the finished product. We happily recommend IND. We recently concluded a project with IND construction to remodel / expand our master bedroom / bathroom suite. In case you don't want to read further, we are very pleased with the final result of IND"s work and are happy to recommend them for future projects. This was our first construction project. Here are a few things we learned along the way: 1. We were warned about these projects being stressful -- we had no idea how true that was -- especially during a pandemic, when things like delivery times of materials are out of your control, or inspections are backed up. Expect things to not go as planned, as much as you try to control them. 2. We were unaware of how certain finishing choices could affect the project and should have communicated to our architect. Example - we wanted medicine cabinets, but our architect assumed we wanted mirrors in the bathroom - which affected the structural engineering. 3. It benefits you to get as much detail as possible into the plans, down to how many exact electrical outlets, for example. Whenever we had additional cost, it was often because we had decided to "figure it out later" in the architectural stage. The contractors work off the plans, so any variance from that can add money + time. 4. Ask for weekly meetings to go over any details. 5. Budget at least 25% + in overages for additional work orders or just the rising price of materials. What we liked the most about IND: - QUALITY: Great craftsmanship throughout, overall attention to detail was good -- and when something was missed, they eventually fixed it. As said before, we are very happy with the result. - ON BUDGET: Stuck to the labor budget and any additional work orders were discussed and approved before moving forward. We had virtually no surprises in that regard so that helped immensely with our finances. - RESPONSIVENESS: Prompt response to any questions we had. As well as overall willingness to take feedback and work with us if there was something we were not happy about. - CLEANLINESS: IND left no messes, which was very appreciated throughout the project. - FRIENDLINESS: Eran (CEO) and Greg (project manager) were a pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile to make us happy. Most of the workers were polite. Juan in particular did excellent tile work. - COMMITTMENT: Even though our original time line was extended due to inspections / resources we felt that IND would stick with us to the end to make it right. While we hit some snags during the process, they were eventually sorted out. We are not the type of people to sit back, so taking an active role in the project helped resolve any issues that arose. In the end, we got everything we wanted and the project was completed exactly as we envisioned it.

I am very happy with the work performed by IND Construction, and am already planning to use them for my future projects! They installed a new driveway for me, and I (and my neighbors) were amazed at how cleanly and quietly they performed this work! They also did a great job on exterior repairs and heat resistant painting. I chose this company because of all the potential contractors I interviewed, I felt the owner and project manager actually listened, and made sure they understood my expectations. They also demonstrated concern for their customers by adhering to Covid-19 guidelines. The project manager, Erez, was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about building codes and requirements and always responded promptly to my texts and phone calls. Our house is completely transformed! We hired IND to complete a wholesale remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, and floors in our new home. In addition, they painted the entire interior of the house and completed some electrical work. From the very beginning of the project Erez Schifferman, the project manager, was wonderful to work with. My husband and I met with multiple companies to get bids on our project, but Erez impressed us right away by the way he really listened to our goals and was realistic and informative about what we could achieve. Since this is our first home and first remodeling project, we really appreciated Erez's willingness to explain how things work and what to expect, which made the whole experience much less mystery and stressful than it otherwise would have been. Overall, the construction crew was friendly and clean and did excellent work. Whenever there was a problem, Erez and the team made sure it was taken care of. While we came in a bit over budget, this was entirely due to additions we made to the plan as well as some necessary issues that were uncovered during construction (which seems inevitable!). We found the price quote we received very reasonable for the scale of work completed. We highly recommend both Erez and IND and would happily work with them again.
